A boot camp, fake eye lash wearing sea swimming junkie, Toni has worked in the local recruitment market for years, is professionally qualified, extremely well networked and she just loves meeting people and finding them their perfect job.

Jacob cream crackers and White wine lover Gemma is an experienced Recruiter who thrives on finding the right employer for her candidates. An avid ebay shopper and seller, we nearly lost Gemma to sunny Melbourne (she spent 4 years there) but our gorgeous Jersey girl couldn’t resist the pulls of Havre-Des-Pas so she’s now back and loves nothing more than a cold glass of sauvignon on the beach at sunset.

Glamorous and chic with an eye for detail, Carol is Park’s own Carol Vorderman, there is nothing she doesn't know when it comes to numbers, vowels and consonants. Carol looks after the Park accounts; she prepares all our invoices, pays our temps (and the team!) and looks after the bookkeeping.
She’s partial to the odd tea break, Sudoku puzzle and she loves stationery, Carol has her name stuck to the back of her stapler to stop anyone stealing it.

Cam “the feeder!” joined the Park team in 2021 and quickly earned his nickname by ensuring the team always had snacks close by! Cam is a sporty guy with a passion for client service and has joined Park after a number of years in the finance industry.
Cam is an advocate for the Park tag line - work happy! He really enjoys building relationships with his candidates through his quality service so that he can understand what makes them tick and match them to their perfect role.
Outside of work, you’re likely to find Cam on the basketball court, the golf course or out for dinner, being the foody that he is!

An enthusiastic movie fan, who adores books, Sonia is Park’s recruitment administrator and temp co-ordinator and brings with her a wealth of experience in office administration. She is the first point of contact for anyone registering with Park and safely passes our candidates to one of our experienced consultants.
When not dissecting the latest books or watching classic movies, Sonia enjoys spending time with her family, walking with her friends, and giving back by volunteering her spare time to local charities.

Emma is a keen petrol head and can often be found at Hill Climbs and Sprints, Chief marshalling and supporting her partner in his races. She is new to the recruitment game and brings with her a strong background in Financial Services. She has enjoyed finding her feet and thrives at mentoring her candidates with the interview process and securing them their Happy!

Veronica’s happiest when on holiday enjoying the sun, relaxing by the pool, and sipping on a Pink Gin & lemonade or when exploring new cultures and trying out new, tasty dishes. When in Jersey, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and spending time outdoors appreciating the islands views of the sea and chasing sunsets.
She has completed her Level 3 CIPD certificate and has since joined the CIPD Jersey Branch committee as Communications Lead.
